On the 1st of December 2016 Kulture hosted the first of its experiential-format showcases. Taking the form of an interactive fashion show. Kulture – Fashion Spaces did not only set out to exhibit progressive clothing collections but also aimed to help redefine and challenge how fashion is conventionally consumed and experienced by the average person.

Through collaborations with some of the most innovative, young, creative fashion minds in various sectors of the arts, the first instalment of the series was an astounding success. Incorporating unconventional elements such as a live drummer, glow in the dark showcase, a curated three-floor visual journey, a rotating stage, and psychedelic lighting, the AGOG building in Maboneng Precinct was set alight by the forces of creativity.

Kulture – Fashion Spaces 2017 which is happening on the 13th of April 2017 promises to be nothing short of amazing and as The Threaded Man we’re honoured to be one of the four exhibitors gracing the platform this year. The show is set in the form of a pop up fashion show and the location will only be revealed closer to the event date. No tickets can be purchased for the show but we’re giving away 20 double tickets.

To stand a chance to win tickets, head out to the Anatomy store located on 73 Juta St, Braamfontein, and kindly tell the lady or gentleman at the counter that you are there to pick up ‘the creative package’ and they will hand you two hospitality tickets; just make sure you’re one of the first 20 people at Anatomy to get your hands on the tickets. We hope to see you at the show!
